Young Teens With Disordered Eating

This indicator shows the percentage of public school students in grades 6-8 who went without eating for 24 hour or more; took diet pills, powders, or liquids without a doctor's advice; or vomited or took laxatives to lose weight or keep from gaining weight in the past 30 days. In 2017, smoking cigarettes and skipping meals were added to the definition.
