Founded in 1973, InnVision aims to help clients break the cycle of homelessness. This is done by offering various levels of emergency, transitional and permanent affordable housing and supportive multi-service centers at 26 sites from San Jose to Redwood City, CA.

Programs include the Housing & Support Programs, which provide temporary and emergency Shelters, transitional/longer-term, and permanent housing for those in need. The MultiService Drop-In Centers provide day services, resources, and tools for self-sufficiency, while Food Service Programs provide hot meals, groceries and fresh produce distributions through the Shelters & MultiService Centers.

To attain its goal of supporting individuals in reaching self-sufficiency, InnVision offers a “continuum of care” that assists homeless individuals and families both through their emergency and longer-term needs.

InnVision's mission is to empower homeless and at-risk families and individuals in finding a permanent home by offering various levels of housing and day programs in a safe and supportive environment that promotes self-worth and independent living.

In 2009, InnVision provided over 500,000 meals and over 195,000 nights of housing. In 2010 the program serves 1,400 clients per day.
